Live demos of your product, available whenever prospects are ready
Showrunner’s AI agent presents your product in a live browser, explains each screen and answers questions as they arise. No meeting is required. Your team receives the transcript, the open questions and a scored lead.
This is the overview. I will open a report to show the detail behind it.

Why Showrunner
What the agent does in every demo
A recorded video cannot answer questions, and a live demo depends on a presenter’s availability. Showrunner provides a live demo whenever a prospect is ready and reports the outcome to your team.
Agentic demos on your real product
The agent operates a live browser as a person would, clicking, typing and moving between screens. It learns your product by exploring it, or from a walkthrough you record once. When a prospect asks to see a feature, it opens that screen and then resumes the tour. If a control has moved, it finds the new one.
Answers questions as they come
Prospects can interrupt at any point. The agent answers from your own documentation. When no document covers a question, it says so and records the question for your team.
A shorter path to the first call
Prospects take the demo on the day they become interested, at any hour, without waiting for a meeting. By the first call, they have seen the product and asked their questions, and your team has read both.
Qualified leads, with the evidence
An optional short form records who is watching. Each session is scored on what the prospect did: the questions asked, the screens requested and how much was watched. Your team can see whom to call first, and why.
Connected to your CRM
Every completed demo, captured lead and unanswered question is sent to your CRM, or to any tool that accepts a webhook. Each message is signed, so your systems can verify where it came from.
On-message, every time
Your team edits, rehearses and approves the narration before any prospect hears it. Prospects see only published versions.
How it works
From a URL to a live demo
The agent presents the demo. Your team decides what it says.
Two ways it learns your product
Let it explore
Provide the URL and, optionally, a direction for the agent to focus on. The agent browses the product on its own, follows its menus and proposes the scenes worth showing.
Teach it yourself
Click through the product as you would present it. Each screen you stop on becomes a scene, with a name and the words to say there, and the agent presents it the same way.
Either way, you receive a draft: the scenes, the words for each, and a check that confirms each screen has loaded. Your team edits it, rehearses it and publishes a version. Prospects see only what you publish.
What a finished demo is made of
Overview
“This is the first screen your team sees, with the items that need attention.”
✓ on screen: h1 “Overview”
Add a new item
“I will add one now. Watch the form as I complete it.”
✓ on screen: form[name=new-item]
Results
“It appears here immediately. Ask me anything about how it works.”
✓ on screen: [data-testid=results]
Every scene is checked against the live page before the agent narrates it. If the product has changed, the demo reports it instead of narrating an empty screen.
